4th of July Celebration in Central Park

The pictures depict a New Yorker spirit, during the celebration of Independence day. All social classes were represented in Central Park on this day. Rich, poor and many other nationalities were playing sports, eating, dating and sun bathing (even without water to cool off). With their families and pets. Its veritable Tower of Babel. I believe by having most of the time very cold temperatures, when the sun rise they play on the grass. You can see the love for the country,and its so delightful to watch as they cheer to the fireworks displaying the american flag.
